This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.
Q:Who arranges the utilities? A: Because utilities such as gas, electric, cable, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in.
Q:What about laundry? A: There are laundry facilities located on both properties.
Q:What about safety? A: Both The Triad and University Court Apartments are secure buildings, and you need to be buzzed into both.
